October (Month in Review...a little late).

It's time to review the past couple of months. 

OCTOBER 2012

Halloween Month!

In October we celebrated Halloween almost every weekend.

Every surrounding town has a halloween party.

Week #1. We celebrated in Berea & we town trick or treating with Dave's parents.

This year we had our Monsters & Dragons out.

Bryant experienced his 1st Huge Slide & Hudson was the only one semi-happy to meet Elmo.

                     
                                        

We got lots of treats & met the Ghost Buster team. The weather was great & we had lots of fun for an afternoon of Trick or Treating in Berea. 

We then participated in Bryant's Preschool Fall Festival.

The weather started to get a little bit colder so out came the toque's. 

Another weekend we spent at our Aquarium's Halloween party. 

It was so much fun. The Aquarium is in this old refinished building.

The aquarium was decorated & pumpkins filled the fish tanks.

The Aquarium Halloween Party was one of our favourites. 

And then We had our actual night of Trick or Treating.

The night was moved b/c our Original Trick or Treating was during a big storm.

But when the night arrived it was a lot of fun.

It was great that Dave's Parents got to go with us. 

The boys love having their grandparents so close & being able to come to all our parties.

We have our pre-trick or treating pictures. 

And then the trick or treating photos.

Even Lady got to join in the fun.

The 2 big boys loved trick or treating.

But Daddy wanted to trick or treat the longest.

While Dave, Bryant & his dad did another round.

Myles, Grandma & I started digging into his stash of candy.

October was fun month of treats & little Monsters & Dragons.

The Avengers Birthday Party ~ Bryant's 4th Birthday Party

Saturday September 29th was the Big Avengers Birthday Party.

We celebrated with both sets of grandparents, Aunt Jenna & Stephen & Stephen.

Friday night Jenna & Grandma & Grandpa Roy arrived from Ontario.

Jenna, my mom & I created the official Avengers cake.

And Bryant too got to help out with making his birthday cake.

On the day of the party everyone helped out with all the decorating. 

The official Avengers guests arrived at the party.

We have Iron Man, Captain America & the Hulk.

The Masks were a great hit.

Aren't our little Avengers so cute.

Even Daddy & Uncle Stephen aka Thor joined the party. 

It was then time for the pizza, cake & presents. Lots & lots of presents for all the boys.

They were very spoiled & are very loved by all their family members.

It was then time for the Games.

We had Iron Man Pinata & Uncle Stephen was again brave enough this year to hold the Pinata. Luckily no Uncle Stephen's got hurt and he may not be so brave to volunteer again in a few years.

We also played Pin the Shield on the Avenger. 

Another special edition to the party were the Captain American & Iron Man Boards from Aunt Jenna. Everyone at the Party joined in on this fun & turned into Avengers.

We then had the Born clan...Dave, Stephen & Grandpa & Grandma Born.

The funny thing is Bryant didn't want to give up his shield so he too joined the picture.

Last but not least our family.

This was the best picture. Myles had decided he was done & Hudson was asleep.

Such a great birthday party.

Thank you to all our family.

The boys were lucky enough to spend the entire weekend with Aunt Jenna.

And now we think Myles has a little crush on Aunt Jenna.

Since she left he says he is calling "the Jenna". 

Happy 4th Birthday Little Bryant!

Bryant's Birthday ~ September 24, 2012

Our little "B" turned 4 this past September 24th. 

I have been meaning to write about this exciting event for over a month.

Prior to the birthday we had been counting down the days for a long time.

On the day of his actual birthday B got to celebrate it with his preschool friends.

The 1st picture is the 3 boys & Bryant is wearing his preschool crown. 

That night we celebrated as a family & we sang happy birthday, blew out the candles a few times & ate some giant eagle cupcakes. 

I then decided it was time to take some pictures.

Sept 24th Bryant turned 4. 

September 25th Myles officially was 2 years & 4 months. 

September 26th Hudson turned 4 months. 

We drove over to his preschool & took a few pictures at the park. 

It took many photos but we did get a few cute pictures of our little guys. 

Dave then decided he wanted to take the 3 boys to Toys R Us to pick out a birthday toy.

You can't really tell by the photo but Bryant was very excited to find his Iron Man Toy.

Then I decided that Myles needed one too b/c he's 2 & doesn't understand birthdays.

I also decided that they both should have the same toy. 

But Dave wanted to give Myles the choice of which Avengers toy.

In the end Myles ended up also getting an Iron Man. 

While the boys were decided toys Hudson & I were also playing with the toys.

We had a lot of fun celebrating our little guys 4th birthday.

A few things about our little B "Bryant":

He loves lawnmowers & looking at vacuums but only at the stores.

He loves the colour blue & everything is "blue like his blue lawnmower".

When he gets big like his daddy he wants to have a riding lawnmower. 

He started preschool this year & loves it.

He gave his 1st primary talk this past August on keeping the Sabbath day holy. 

He gave his 1st primary presentation this past November.

He loves to sing his primary songs & daily we hear choose the right. 

He just finished his second season of soccer.

He is a loving & caring little guy who loves to play with his brothers.

Myles & Bryant could play trains & cars together for hours. 

Everyone in our family has a designated car assigned to us by Bryant. 

We love our little guy.
